For more information visit: vantagegrp.com or LinkedIn/vantage **NATURE AND PURPOSE** Product management related activities (pricing, allocation, margin management, among others), focal point for local principals, and business development activities for intermediates products (SI, NMT, others). **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for regional pricing management based on VPC strategy and local market dynamics. + Focal point to local principals aligned with principals and business leadership. + Sales responsibility for intermediates in the region for SI, NMT (Miwon, Toa Kasei, VVF, Galaxy, among others). + Market analysis in collaboration with Marketing (competitive environment, products and applications, customers), development of strategic application and regional markets in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. + Creating price bands for sales, working out different price levels by product type, region and customer. Monitoring market price and raw material price trends, analyzing and updating product costs. Making recommendations to the sales department based on observations and analyses. Evaluating margins and deriving recommendations for action. + Coordinates order allocation in collaboration with global product managers. + Participation in SIOP. Secure area-specific supply/demand balance, MTO/MTS regional strategy. + Coordinates with regulatory to make sure product have required documentation to support sales. + Pricing for the product groups for which you are responsible: Creating price bands for sales, working out different price levels by product type, region and customer. Monitoring market price and raw material price trends, analyzing and updating product costs. Making recommendations to the sales department based on observations and analyses. Evaluating margins and deriving recommendations for action. + Collaborate with Marketing on new product development based on required needs by the region on Vantage’s strategic platform. + Targeted and effective communication with the various BUs and other departments of the company.
