We are looking for a Application Consulting to join our team.

 

What is the role about?

The application consulting is in charge to support the pre-sales activities with the best application knowledge

to allow our sales to be as efficient as possible and finally to differentiate ourselves towards competition.

The daily support is enforced with the know-how transfer and the training of the SC organization

concerning application knowledge.

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

The main tasks are:

• Selecting the right device for the application

• Fundamental Tecnology questions

• Local regulation (not relevant for Regional Support Centers)

• Approval questions

• Hints and tips on application to ensure optimum instrument performance

• Address specific questions on products

• Training and know-how transfer

• Application Support for Sales and Marketing throw Smart Support Tool

• Better support for certifications (such as Ex and Anatel) and better support for Ex-tariff processes

 

What do we expect from you?

• Mandatory Experience in Analysis (Fluid Analytics)

• Technical degree in Engineering (Preferential in

chemical)

• Intermediate (minimum B1) or Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Technical knowledge instrumentation

• Active driver's license (CNH)
