Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for shaping brand strategy? Due to an internal development move, Amgen is looking for an experienced **Product Manager** to lead national **Cardiovascular** brand initiatives, develop high-impact campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand success. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, science-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes. This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead Brand Strategy** – Develop and implement Country Brand Plans aligned with global and regional strategies
+ **Execute Engaging Campaigns** – Design and deliver promotional activities, including detail aids, message scripts, congresses, and patient programs
+ **Drive Sales Force Motivation** – Inspire and equip the sales teams to implement effective brand strategies
+ **Market Insights & Analysis** – Gather competitive intelligence, commission market research, and provide strategic recommendations
+ **Budget & Forecasting** – Monitor sales performance, manage expenditures, and contribute to financial planning
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership** – Partner with Sales, Medical, Value Access & Policy teams to maximize brand success
+ **Innovate & Optimize** – Leverage digital marketing tools and AI platforms to track performance and enhance engagement
**Win - What we expect of you**
+ **Minimum 5 years** in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least **3 years as a Product Manager required**
+ Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand plans
+ Strong **digital marketing** expertise and ability to analyze campaign impact
+ **Financial acumen** to manage budgets and sales forecasts
+ Degree in **Health Sciences** (Pharmacy, Nursing, Science) with postgraduate qualifications in **Business, Marketing or Management preferred**
+ Experience in **Cardiovascular or related therapeutic areas preferred but not essential**
+ Pharmaceutical **sales experience preferred but not essential**
+ Valid driver’s license, residency and permission to work in Australia is essential
