Your role at Baxter:

As a Product Manager for the Clinical Nutrition division, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products within Iberia. You will contribute to the execution of day-to-day activities for assigned products or product lines to realize the marketing strategies and meet the financial and business objectives. You will coordinate and provide technical marketing expertise for product promotions and marketing campaigns.

What are your responsibilities?

Design, develop and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures, audio/visual materialsReview business results and ensure the adherence of the marketing activities and plansPlan and execute marketing activities, pricing policies and sales promotions to achieve Baxter’s targetsGuarantee an effective Ominchannel approach including all the customers touch-points in commercial plan execution with a true digital marketing strategy.As part of Southern Cluster marketing team collaborate to share best practice and lead cluster projects.Liaise with the other function and sales managers to ensure that they understand and comply with the marketing initiatives and policiesDevelop, schedule and execute marketing programs, including product promotions, sales channels and pricingProvide input and support to the design and development of European Training programs/Product TrainingsSupport Market Research Activities – with the direction of marketing leadersCollect and analyze available competitive informationReview business results against marketing plan and advise on areas of improvementInteracts closely with Manufacturing & Supply Chain regarding the supply for the countries for specific products/portfolioWith the support of Communications and GAPP liaise with the media, advertising agencies and public relations firmsWith the support of Communication coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminarsMay also provide coaching and guidance to other marketing staff

We are presently seeking people who have/are:

Degree level qualification or relevant Clinical backgroundProven experience in Digital Marketing.At least 5 years of marketing experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company – sales experience is a bonus!Digitally savvy, digital marketing skills.Passion for new and disruptive business models and ideas- Think outside the box mentality!A flair for working with people - the ability to combine a commercial and an intellectual relationship with customers and find customer-adapted solutionsKnowledge of hospital dynamics and decision paths, capital funding mechanismsThe ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environmentFluency in English and Spanish
