Product Manager Co-op (Summer 2025)
Product Manager Co-op   This is a full-time co-op for the duration of the summer semester - this will be a hybrid position located in Cincinnati. There will be mostly work from home options, along with meetings at the Cincinnati HQ during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm).   Paycor empowers leaders to develop winning teams. The Product Manager Co-op plays a role in the success of our products by driving measurable business results achieved through solving our customer problems with intuitive and simple software solutions. You will partner closely with your business stakeholders as well as Product & Engineering leadership to prioritize your Product Backlog in alignment with the Product Roadmap and make data driven tactical decisions to drive the team forward. Clear communication and planning are key in this role to ensure successful software delivery. You must be decisive, data-driven, committed and reliable.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities With guidance from a Senior Product Manager, define and maintain a product roadmap & backlog to deliver the highest value features for our clients and users with a cross-functional team of Engineers & Design. Collect and synthesize customer feedback, market analysis, and business needs evaluation data to provide input into product feature decisions. Lead problem & solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and customer interviews and research to validate concepts & solutions for features within a product. Identify and track key KPI’s that measure the value of your product Network with business partners to understand their goals & constraints. Write measurable success criteria for work and accept/reject work based on it. Monitor Work Orders, Bugs & Known Issues to identify trends and prioritize fixes for assigned product. Drive Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives. Provide input into the core positioning and messaging of their product to be used for Marketing, Training, Sales, and other collateral materials. Interest in product management and an analytical mindset Pursuing a 4-year degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar at an accredited university Completion of at least 2 years of college-level coursework with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher Excel experience is a plus Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Paycor Total Rewards   We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be $18.00-$22.50 hourly.
