The opportunity:
Take on full full ownership of the Communication & Content product feature area of the the most-used platform in the industry. We help organizations build a culture of appreciation and see 5x the results in engagement, retention, and productivity of their teams. What you`ll be doing:Own the of the roadmap planning, discovery, feature execution, and release launch for the Communications & Content initiative. Develop, measure, and track the success criteria of your domain. Collaborate closely within your triad (Product Management, Product Design and Software Development) to define clear requirements and to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features.  Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable and user-friendly software solutions. Lead regular feedback sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high fidelity of the solution.Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify emerging trends. Leverage data to drive product decisions, prioritize features, continuously iterate and innovate. What we`re looking for: 4+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on B2B cloud solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Advanced analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions. Hands on Product experience with enterprise platforms in the realm of Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Talent Management, Analytics, or other HR function is highly advantageous.Why you’ll love working at Achievers: ✨ We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.✨ We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture! ✨ We foster an environment of connection, security, and community.
