As a Product Manager in Connected Banking – Business Credit Journey, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new business-centric product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide customer value. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityLeads cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budgetBuilds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product updates and progressMentors team members for peak performance, delivering constructive feedback and celebrating achievementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementMinimum 3 years of leadership experience with a focus on developing and managing high-performing teamsAbility to work seamlessly with technical teams and have an understanding of technical conceptsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPast experience with Business clients in some capacity, lending, deposits, etc.Past experience with Adobe AnalyticsDemonstrated ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to achieve specific business results
