Product Manager (Diagnostic Strategy & Development)

Job Description:

General Description:

As a Product Manager (Diagnostic Strategy & Development), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of environment shaping for diagnostic adoption and implementation. You will be responsible for monitoring diagnostic trends, developing Dx. strategies, implementing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of brand strategy and operational plans. Once the goals for the diagnostic are achieved, your role will be expanded to Product manager for in-line product or upcoming pipelines. Your expertise in marketing, customer engagement experience, strong analytical skills, and understanding of the diagnostic/pharmaceutical industry will contribute to our company's growth and market presence.

Major Responsibilities:

(Short term up to 1~2year)

Construction of Dx. strategic roadmap

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate diagnostic trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the fast Dx. adoption.

Plan and develop Dx. strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives.

Develop and implement promotional campaigns, materials, and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies.

Ensures Dx. marketing materials adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with Dx. counterparts (partner company) and internal stakeholders for Dx. environment shaping and market insight gathering.

Develop critical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in pathology and other allied healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

(Mid-Long term)

Participate in new product launch or new indication launch

Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives.

Identify additional medical unmet needs in private market and develop critical relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other allied healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with salesforce (HSPs), providing clear market direction and guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-function teams, particularly collaborate with the medical and access team to develop, integrate and implement operational plans to make sure the brand strategy alignment.

Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

Qualification Required:

Education Required: 

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy.

Qualifications and Competencies: 

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Biology/Pharmacy.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in the Oncology market and Diagnostic are preferred.

Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Travel: 70%~80%
