Your role

You will support the strategic planning and operational implementation of a marketing strategy for our products in the field of endocrinology as well as the positioning in the approved indications. You will identify BU-specific opportunities in close coordination with the relevant functions. You will be responsible for working independently with external service providers and agencies. You control and monitor the budget. You implement medical-scientific content in promotional concepts, train and inform the sales force. You will also maintain relationships with the relevant medical stakeholders (HPCs) and organize product-related events. You will organize the business unit's participation in national congresses. You will be in close contact with global colleagues. 

Who you are
• University degree in business administration, medicine or natural science; preferably a Master's degree
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of endocrinology as well as marketing is an advantage
• Good analytical and project management skills
• Pragmatic, results-oriented work in a complex matrix organization
• Global mindset; experience abroad an advantage
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Teamplayer
• German native speaker and business fluent in written and spoken English
