As Product Manager you will be responsible for the Energy portfolio within the Medical Surgical Operating Unit. You will function as an intermediate between the European product directors and marketeers and our BeNeLux Regional Sales Managers and their sales teams. Your job will be to locally ‘own’ and manage your portfolio from a marketing, financial and a supply chain perspective. You will play a key role in making the regional strategies a success, by creating a tailored marketing approach that reflects the dynamics of our BeNeLux region, while maintaining budgetary stewardship and a close eye on profitability. You will partner closely with your colleague Product Managers and with the Disease State Managers within the marketing team and not to forget… with surgical Key Opinion Leaders and Health Care Professionals in our region. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for the BeNeLux, with a special focus on new product launches and growth drivers in your portfolio + Set up and coordinate marketing campaigns, activities, as well as congresses and events for the BeNeLux market also incorporating digital marketing approaches and tools + Develop new marketing content and localize existing European marketing content in compliance with Medtronic processes, standards and branding + Monitor and communicate up and down stream portfolio performance, trends and major opportunities and threats on a regular basis + Play a key role in demand forecasting, supply management and the (manual) allocation processes in close collaboration with Europe and the local Regional Sales Managers + Work closely together with the sales team linked to product related questions, complaints handling, troubleshooting, tender preparations and product testing + Train and update the local sales teams on your portfolio and drive consistent messaging towards customers about the added value that our products offer to them and their patients **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Economics, Sales or Healthcare + At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within the medical field + Fluent in English and, at least, in one of the local languages (Dutch or French) + Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects in a structured way + Persuasive personality able to makes things happen internally and externally **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
