The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ ERP strategy. The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ ERP integrationsDuties & Responsibilities:Drives Voice-of-customer & vertical segment/sales feedback to define roadmap of integrationsWorking with IT/Architecture teams - Own and define the architecture for AR & AP ERP integration strategy – including native UX, payment functionality and sync of banking data. development/modification. They will collaborate with security teams and create integrations using various technologies and protocolsThe Specialist will act as a subject matter expert in analyzing current reporting, mapping reporting needs, and validating ERP dataSupport the design, testing, and implementation of integrations between ERP systems and resolve system integration issuesDesign and implement customer onboarding and service modelManages product group P&L including support business case for new investmentsPerforms other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in platform Integrations in business or technical capacity5+ years of Payments experience with Fintechs or Banks2+ years building/managing ERP integrations in a Fintech or a BankBachelor's DegreeUnderstand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer experience.Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks, Kyriba and experience integrating financial software products with these systems.Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systemsPreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degreeKnowledge of ERP integration design patternsExpertise in mapping Payment workflows within different ERPsDemonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly; Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovationExperience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solvingProven written and oral communication skills including senior leadership presentationExperience using Agile methods for custom hardware or embedded software developmentCertification as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile Frameworks

$130,000 - $150,000 Annual Draw (reconciled against earned incentive compensationThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
