Then come and join our global team as Product Manager (f/m/d) for Innovations in Knowledge and Change Management to drive the digitalization of our service processes and optimize lifecycle and process costs.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You work in the area of cross-modality Service Engineering Knowledge Management and promote e.g. the introduction of AI-based methods in document creationYou identify the business potential of various requirements, evaluate the results of pilot projects, and prioritize implementation according to our strategyYou break down complex requirements into an actionable roadmap for the development teams and assess optimization potential based on qualitative and quantitative dataYou actively coordinate stakeholder management worldwide and across all product families, organizing meetings and communities independentlyYou network with system architects, quality and innovation management, and business managers to ensure sustainable and efficient solutionsYou represent innovative digital processes, methodologies, and tool solutions in internal management rounds and are able to convincingly present them to stakeholders from all departments

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed a university degree in a technical field, healthcare, business administration or a related disciplineYou possess many years of professional experience in product management, as a Product Owner, or in innovation managementIf you have substantial, long-standing professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciatedYou have extensive knowledge in the development, approval or marketing of medical devicesYou have very profound knowledge in agile processes and ideally in the area of agile transformationQualifications in the SAFe methodology are preferred, as is experience with CAD data systems and the use of HPS methods


Your attributes and skills:

You possess strong communication and presentation skills as well as business-fluent English to communicate with various stakeholders on an equal footing; additional German skills are a plusYou impress with your methodical thinking as well as your analytical and organizational skillsYour good technical and business understanding allows you to connect what is technically possible and economically sensibleYou combine a strong customer focus with systematic result orientation to successfully implement solutions
