What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Your role will be to contribute to improving and monetizing the buying/selling experience in real estate.

As a Product Manager for the Buyer/Seller Squad of the Real Estate Specialization Crew, you will be responsible for :Defining the product strategy for this team, whose scope is focused on specializing the experience and monetizing value-added products/servicesStaying informed about product innovations related to your Squad's scopeWorking closely with your team's UX Designer to develop user knowledge and deliver the best experienceDelivering value to users by developing new specialized features within your product scopeCarrying the short and medium-term vision of your product within the team and to other Product Managers and key stakeholders (business, legal, customer service...)Prioritizing product developments, in synchronization with other Product Managers and in line with the product strategy defined by Product Management and business challengesDefining each product evolution as User Stories, prioritizing them within your Product Backlog, and ensuring their follow-upDefining the quarterly roadmap and communicating its progress to management and stakeholdersBeing responsible for your KPIs and proactively analyzing them to measure the impact of changes on your productIn partnership with the Engineering manager, leading a multidisciplinary team, encouraging team spirit, and ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet the team's missionQualifications :You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product ManagerYou have experience within a tech pure playerYou know how to conduct Product DiscoveryYou have good interpersonal skills and can communicate easily with all types of stakeholdersYou are data-drivenYou can synthesize your thoughts and simplify complex problemsYou have a professional level of English and frenchNEWBenefits
