We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in servo motion technology to work alongisde our amazing team and develop top-notch products.

This role is part of within Factory Automation Business Unit, and you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product lines. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including engineering, business development, sales, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that meet market demand and drive business growth.   

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Stay current of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform product decisions and strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the servo motion technology that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and complete product development and innovation initiatives. Define innovative product requirements and specifications based on market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities. Work closely with customer facing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and sales enablement materials. Work with solution and sales support teams to create new solutions business. Track product performance and important data, and improve strategies to enhance product success and profitability. Act as a knowledgeable resource for the assigned product lines, providing mentorship and support to internal teams and external collaborators.

Proficient in English Travel requirements: up to 20%
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Customer or supplier facing experience is a strong plus. Another language is a plus
