The Role :
We’re looking for a commercially minded product manager, based in Porto, to join the team responsible for the acquisition and renewal stages of the customer journey. As Product Manager for the Growth team, you’ll work closely with Marketing to increase conversion and maximise revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew and manage their subscriptions.
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with Marketing to define a growth strategy and supporting roadmap Working with a cross-functional team to get high quality products to market fast, focusing on outcome over output and looking for continuous improvement in ways of working Developing insight-based hypotheses and using experimentation to test and validate them Understanding competitors, the market and longer-term trends that could impact growth Talking to users and stakeholders to gain insight and understand gaps or opportunities for improvementsWe’d love to hear from you if you:
Understand the principles of product led-growth and have experience of driving acquisition and retention, particularly for B2B companies Are data-driven, with strong analytical skills Can distil complex problems and ambiguous requirements into crisp, actionable plans and break down big, chunky pieces of work into thinner slices of iterative value Have a bias toward action Can tailor your communication to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organisation, cutting through opinions with data Can quickly understand and master new domains and are excited to learn new things Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and unafraid of change
