This position would\nsuit a focused and motivate pre-sales expert with marketing skills and\nmotivation who can prove a strong technical background of building management\napplications, hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical and product marketing pre-sales support to BMS sales teams and System Integrators globally and ensure close cooperation with Account Managers, Application Sales Engineers and Business Development Managers.
- Assist in the sale of all BMS services to meet customers’ individual technical and solution needs.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners and suppliers to be recognized as the “trusted offering advisor”.
- Ability to select from the full solution from the BMS products and services portfolio that best fits the project needs.
- Project manage and support pilot installations, coordinating installation activities with various internal and external support groups, addressing and elevating any technical issues promptly.
- Ensure that your assigned sales representatives understand the features and function set of assigned BMS product and solution.
- Develop training plans in according with offering managers, sales leaders/managers, training team and technical team, to ensure that all sales teams have the right knowledge to propose and support the BMS products portfolio.
- Analyze the CRM system to identify key projects and ensure to provide all pre-sales related activity including, but not limited to projects, technical profile, customer visits, account plans.
- Organize workshops, webinars and trainings with regional offices and key end users, consultants, and contractors
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote Honeywell products and services
- Drive NPI evangelisation activities to increase in a sustainable manner adoption rate
Key Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a technology-related discipline, or 2-5 year’s professional experience, including 2 years in customer-related sales support activities among which analyzing customer business needs
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
-Strong pre-sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process.
-Technical skills should include BMS applications knowledge, technical implementation understanding.
-Strong presentation and project management skills.
-Subject Matter Expert in one technology / vertical / technical solution
