THE TEAM
Ticketmaster’s International Settlements team provides best-fit, safe, secure, compliant and reliable products with accurate and timely data to support Settlement and Financial operations of the Ticketmaster International business.
THE JOB
With the Product Lead, define the strategy and roadmap for the respective Settlement product(s) to meet the needs of the Sponsor, Markets and strategic objectives of the Company. Proactively manage the full product lifecycle. Understand and represent users by analysing feedback and usage and be the product advocate to ensure the solution adoption. Create, refine, and communicate requirements clearly, accurately and at the right level of granularity across relevant teams (e.g. architecture, engineering, QA) – ensuring collaboration between the disciplines and incorporating feedback to ensure we reach the optimum solution and offering. Be the ‘go-to’ contact for all stakeholders. Keep the project team motivated and ensure a common understanding of the goals and ambitions for the product.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Help manage the entire product suite life cycle – influencing product strategy and direction; defining and prioritising product requirements, features and functionality, assisting the delivery of new features and facilitating releases; contribute to product roadmaps as well as recommend product direction.Lead product discovery for critical projects to resolve our users Settlement and Finance domain challenges.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting discovery workshops and user interviews.Help manage feature development and product rollout including development of specs and acceptance criteria for user stories.Produce up to date and accurate feature documentation, both within the release cycle as well as in an ad-hoc needsBe part of the testing process, create or support test documentation definition, organise and manage UAT, when necessary test new features or changes to make sure the deliverables are according to the requirements.Partner with domains teams including finance, engineering, data services, payments, and others to agree on strategy and product direction.Become the product champion, domain SME and strategy advocateDevelop and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way. Ship stable products and scale them with a focus on quality. Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Experience in Financial projects and Finance / ERP tools is a big plusTechnical background is an advantage.Influencer, collaborator, and relationship builder.Comfortable and effective when leading presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and large audiences.Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Self-driven and proactive; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting.Get it done attitude – not afraid to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats, must be able to solve different problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements. A mindset of being flexible and a desire to win as a team.Excellent organization and time management skills.Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and draw.io.LIFE AT TICKETMASTER
