Title: Product Manager - Hydrogen
Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $115,000 - $167,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available 

Focus: In the Product Manager - Hydrogen role, you will serve as the key link between the hydrogen business and manufacturing internally, and between Olin and its customers externally. The main goals of this role are to optimize the value of hydrogen sales agreements and ensure their successful execution in line with the business marketing and development strategy.

 Product Manager - Hydrogen Essential Job Functions:

Acts as primary interface between hydrogen business development and manufacturing including productivity opportunities, maximizing the value of current and future hydrogen sales agreements and execute those agreements to deliver results. Drives operational improvements and fostering cooperation between pipeline hydrogen customers and manufacturing teams. Conducts market research to understand customer needs and market trends, overseeing supply and demand to facilitate the business planning process, and coordination of the profit and loss forecasting. Supports the execution of marketing strategies, price management, and contract strategies with direct sales responsibilities at Olin’s accounts. Product Manager - Hydrogen Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration, Marketing, Basic Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's Degree* preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.  Chlor-Alkali experience preferred. Cross functional experience (sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, finance) preferred. High level of business acumen, able to negotiate and deliver results. Knowledge and/or experience with customer base is a plus. Detail oriented, strategic thinker with high initiative. Strong analytical skills with experience in presentation and report design and delivery. Strong math aptitude, problem solving, and verbal/written communication. Must possess a valid US driver's license. Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
