 This Product Manager role will help the world’s biotechnology industry by commercializing new solutions for characterization of oligonucleotides, viral vectors, lipid nanoparticles, plasmids and mRNA. This critical role works closely with R&D, global partners, and field team as a subject matter expert for gene therapy separations and analysis.

 

The position is a highly visible, global role and a successful candidate will be encouraged to be out in front of the world’s leading scientific discussions and help our organizations align to serving the cell and gene therapy industry.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Milford, MA

Responsibilities Gain an understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and implement ways to grow market share and improve customer experience Generate reasons that support the innovation of new productsLaunch new products into the market with well-honed go-to-market strategiesDeliver and support product training sessions, webinars and tradeshow activityBe the point person on products on enzyme-based technologies, hydrophilic interaction chromatography, lipid analyses and ion exchange column technologiesRepresent the company by visiting customers and attending conferences to present technical information and solicit feedback on our productsPartner with our sales teams to find new customers and increase business with existing accountsHelp create marketing literature, website content, social selling messages, and customer email content Qualifications Minimum BS in a scientific or business adjacent related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a scientific field, including time spent as a product manager, marketing development, commercial role or in science-based business development workUnderstanding of the analytical chromatography market and direct exposure to large molecule separations including viral vector, nucleic acid separations and/or enzyme-based assaysExceptional communication and problem-solving skills
