Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and development teams across Israel and India, you will drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. This is a unique opportunity to create meaningful change and deliver significant value to customers. What You'll Do What You’ll Do: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization. Act as the key liaison between product managers and development teams, bridging business needs and technical execution. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy. Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed product specifications, epics, and stories. Collaborate with UX teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure seamless implementation, resolve challenges, and optimize resources. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and incremental value delivery. Facilitate sprints, validate stories to ensure acceptance criteria are met, and support engineering teams in overcoming challenges. Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior, optimize the platform, and personalize user experiences. Deliver customer-facing documentation, internal training sessions, and release webinars to support product adoption What You'll Bring What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS B2B products. Knowledge of PPM, SPM, or PSA markets is a strong advantage. Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and a data-driven approach to decision- making. Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast- paced environment. Proven expertise in designing go-to-market strategies and managing the product development lifecycle. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences. Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a high energy level and strong work ethic. A critical thinker and problem solver with a passion for delivering high- quality products. Flexibility to work across time zones with international teams. Skills and Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
