The Great American Software Lab within P&C IT Services is seeking a Product Manager intern to join the team for the summer 2025.
Job Description:
Product team working alongside a team of professionals utilizing XP/TDD in an on-prem cloud environment learning our cloud native development practices.Help a cross-functional team to define a product vision and strategy, product roadmap, and requirements for success.Collaborates with Product Managers to define business objectives, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements that translate business needs into strategic business and technology initiatives.Participates on collaboration with key stakeholders on user adoption strategies and progress on product adoption.Creates and maintains training materials as needed to assist in product adoption.Assist with product metrics: Monitors usage, assesses user data, and identifies opportunities to increase usage and improve user experience.Assist with maintaining a prioritized backlog.Participates in all agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, planning, retro, etc.).Qualifications:
Ability to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs.Focus on data-driven approaches to solving problems and validate solutions.Develops and maintains relationships across the business.Analysis and communication skills are required.Business Analytics, Computer Science majors preferred.Junior or Senior status - graduating in 2026 or 2027.Business Unit:
