What you'll do As a Product Manager on the Docusign Identify team, you will help us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. You will be working on solutions that help customers align with local e-signature and raise the level of security and trust for their agreement processes. Your role will be to collaborate with Engineering and Design to build phenomenal product experiences. Your objectives will be to understand the vision and strategy, build the roadmap and execute on the plans that are developed. This position reports to the Product Manager, Identify and is designated as Hybrid. Responsibilities: Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs Understand market, competitors & customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing to drive the next generation of Identity and eSignature innovations Prioritize the product roadmap for effective release and sprint planning Deliver the definition and design of features, iterating with customers, business, product, user experience, program and engineering collaborators Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria and drive prioritization of the backlog Define and analyze metrics that advise the success of products Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development and Marketing on go to market strategies Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in product management Self-motivated and detail-oriented Critical thinking and creative problem-solving Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and optimally connect with technical and non-technical partners Strong communication and collaboration skills Curious about emerging trends and technology and in particular the identity verification market Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business management, or related degree Proficiency in written and spoken English and French Preferred Qualifications: Experience in delivering applications using agile methodologies Experience in identity verification space and / or compliance products Experience in SaaS product development Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
