Product Manager IV

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Product Manager IV in Seattle, Washington. The selected individual will be primarily involved in developing and managing complex, technology-based products, ensuring a scalable and localized user experience. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external design, data, and engineering leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Define data product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps in collaboration with customers
• Obtain approval on data roadmaps from customers and stakeholders
• Work with design and engineering leaders to establish a scalable architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve any arising issues in collaboration with the internal team
• Provide insights for go-to-market strategies
• Coordinate with product owners to implement user interface changes and adjust data pipelines
• Oversee the launch and support of new dashboards for specific customers
• Maintain existing dashboards and related data pipelines, ensuring efficient data collection and aggregation
• Act as the point of escalation for any issues related to data ingestion or reporting
• Manage Smartsheets volunteering intake tool, including front-end forms and back-end sheets
• Collaborate with tech team to archive back-end data as needed, troubleshoot user experience issues, and implement new features
• Work with other team members on change management processes. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven experience in Reporting, preferably within a product management context
• Strong Design capabilities, including UX and UI
• Ability to Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Proficient in using Spreadsheets and data visualization tools like Smartsheet to Create Dashboards
• Solid understanding of Engineering principles and Backend Development
• Proven ability to work with Stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with system Integration and ensuring Scalability
• Knowledge of Conductivity principles
• Proficiency in Change Management and Transformation processes
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience in Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent Coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Bug Tracking systems
• Experience in developing and implementing go-to-Market Strategies
• Proficiency in working with Data Pipelines
• Experience conducting User Testing and Refining products based on feedback Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
