The Amazon Business Prime team is hiring a Product Manager to own and lead international expansion of its new customer loyalty program. This is crucial role in a high-growth area which offers candidates the chance to build a strategic program for Amazon with visibility all the way up to the senior leadership. The role is global in scope, spanning 8 marketplaces and growin Key job responsibilities Drive the international strategy and expansion of Amazon Business's loyalty program, adapting the core US offering to meet unique market needs and regulatory requirements. Work backwards from B2B customers across different regions to create locally relevant offers that provide meaningful value while maintaining program consistency. Partner with local Amazon Business teams across EU, Canada, Mexico, and Australia to build and execute market-specific roadmaps. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that resonate with local business customers. Work with international category leaders, vendor managers, and sellers to drive program awareness and adoption in each market. Analyze regional customer insights through UX research, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence to identify and resolve friction points. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to deliver program improvements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt program features accordingly. Business Prime now serves over a million employees in organizations throughout the world. Our customers range from government entities with tens of thousands of users to sole proprietors. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience Experience managing technical products or online services Fluent in English; additional European language(s) preferred Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural teams in launching products in multiple countries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications Experience with loyalty programs or B2B products Knowledge of EU business regulations and market dynamics Data-driven decision making background Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
