In the last two years, the Food Systems Alliance has been digitizing enterprise processes and completing the tactical aspect of several tools to enable our teams to execute their tasks efficiently. The Alliance is getting ready to incorporate more data, intelligence, and insights to the decision making process with cutting edge forecasting and recommender engines.

As a Product Manager, you will own and enhance the value proposition of supply planning master data assets within a defined strategy. You will work back from user feedback to understand the problem space, further connecting it to the long-term strategy of the domain. Using data-driven insights, you will collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable processes that maintain data completeness and quality. You will drive incremental improvements to existing capabilities, shaping a well-defined strategy through a series of initiatives. Supporting one squad, you will collaborate with engineers, designers (if applicable), and key users to develop and refine your product. Your role requires you to navigate ambiguity while maintaining alignment with senior managers and tribe leaders as necessary.

What you’ll do Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed decision-making, prioritizing development efforts based on potential value and continuity. Develop and deliver a product roadmap covering up to 4 months, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user needs. Act as a guardian of data integrity, establishing clear data contracts between upstream and downstream users. Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on goals. Work closely with engineers to understand technical feasibility and optimize development outcomes. What you’ll bring Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and apply problem-solving techniques. Experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging KPIs and analytics to guide product iterations. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, keeping all parties informed and aligned. Deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and business strategy to maximize product impact. Proficiency in working within agile product development frameworks, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Familiarity with technical concepts and data flows, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. A curious and strategic mindset, continuously learning about the broader business landscape to drive innovation.

Interacting with front-end developers, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital. We are looking for strong problem-solvers who can apply their engineering skills to a wide range of platforms and environments, while also acting as an ambassador to coach team members and stakeholders.
