Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, implementation, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities:
? Work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum engineering environment and deliver incremental product software with high quality.
? Work with key contributors to define product strategy and roadmap
? Use Scrum framework to organize work and achieve results
? Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
? Be an expert with respect to the competition
? Work with other Product Managers to develop and ensure consistency, collaborate on product team dependencies, and utilize best practices across all products
? Represent ClassLInk and the product well to internal and external stakeholders
? Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing a product lifecycle; other experience in EdTech or other Tech work preferred
? Minimum of 2 years experience in management role, educational or EdTech preferred
? Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
? You are a self-starter, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
? You want to own the entire lifecycle for the components you build whether they are features or products
? Technical background, with experience in Jira, Scrum methods, and project management tools
? Software Development background, with experience writing code for web-based enterprise applications preferred
? Scrum Product Owner Certification preferred
? Education Technology industry knowledge preferred
? Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
? Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
? Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
? Bachelor’s degree in educational, business, or computer science related field
