About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager for Marketing Automation to own the strategy and development of the marketing automation solutions within our Content & Channels Informatics team. This role will focus on enabling data-driven, scalable, and personalized marketing campaigns and journeys by managing the technology that powers our automation capabilities.

The Opportunity: 

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, OCE-D, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define business needs, prioritize features and initiatives,  as well as ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Lead the implementation and integration of automation tools with CRM, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.

Work with your extended teams to analyze data to optimize platform performance, improve customer segmentation, and enhance campaign personalization.

Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven automation, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel marketing.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budget and performance to maximize technology investments.

Drive adoption and training for marketing teams to ensure effective use of automation capabilities.

Who you are:

Experience in product management for marketing automation or related technologies.

Strong understanding of lead scoring, email marketing, customer journeys, and personalization strategies.

Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows between automation tools and CRM/sales platforms.

Understanding of content creation and activation processes, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work with engineering teams.

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance metrics for decision-making.

Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and sales.
