Roles & Responsibilities

product definition, market entry and product phase out

Leading the product strategy and roadmap planning, inbound market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales analysis

Soliciting user and business needs and translating them into the system specification documents to guide development

Analysis and interpretation of sales data, take rate data and feedback data to guide development and investment

Driving business case development, project scoping, requirements prioritization and concept development to create new product releases that meet business objectives

Supporting R&D in realization of product releases through KanBan and Whitepaper development and team participation, project reporting, risk analysis, change control and the gathering/dissemination of customer feedback

Contributing to the development of product claims and compelling marketing stories for each release

Establishing our product configuration strategy, price book content and pricing

Developing key customer relationships and plan/direct customer use testing

Planning of product validation

Planning and organizing knowledge transfer trainings and product rollouts for marketing, clinical applications, and product specialists

Participating in sales support, install base, sustaining and product complaint management

Interface with marketing, sales, technology, engineering, manufacturing, service, clinical applications, legal, logistics, quality and regulatory

Conduct KOL meetings, product workshops, MAB meetings.

Identification of growth markets to enter into.

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering with working experience in Healthcare domain (preferably in Medical Device, Imaging area).

16-20+ years of overall experience, spanning technical and product management roles.

Experience in costing, product pricing & tiering, roadmap and business pitch.

Work with Cross functional teams to deliver the product to various countries in a regulated environment.

You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.

Analytical way of working as well as assertiveness and high work standard

Good organizational and leadership qualities. Demonstrable ability to plan ahead and seek consensus in the collaboration with other groups.

Demonstrates ownership and proactive mode of working within a global team.

You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.

You work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce the best results.

Highly results-oriented with a growth mindset. Capable of presenting action to management and/or customers.

You will analyze portfolio performance trends and implement strategies to heighten the customer experience.

Willing ness to travel upto 5% of time for customer & engagements.

  

Plus (nice to have):

Familiar with country clinical clearance regulations, EU: Medical device regulation (MDR)

and/or NMPA and their implementation for IIa Medical device

Work experience in medical device company &/or regulatory department.

Work experience within a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
