We operate at the center of an ecosystem working toward precision health -digitizing healthcare, helping drive productivity and improving outcomes for patients, providers, health systems and researchers around the world. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Product Strategy and Vision:** + Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including PET, SPECT, and Cyclotron technologies. + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. + Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** + Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product development and launch. + Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align on product goals and timelines. + Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions. **Customer Engagement:** + Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points. + Develop strong relationships with industry experts, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders. + Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings. **Product Development and Lifecycle Management:** + Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance targets. + Manage product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis. + Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed. **Financial Management:** + Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. + Analyze product profitability and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance. + Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. **Regulatory and Compliance:** + Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards. + Work with regulatory affairs to obtain necessary approvals and certifications. + Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the product portfolio. **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** + Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. + Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends that could enhance the product offering. + Encourage and support the development of new ideas and solutions to meet customer needs. **Required Qualifications** + This role requires significant experience in the Product Management & Product Manager. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). **Desired Characteristics** + Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
