What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Your role will be to contribute to improving and monetizing the buying/selling experience in the automotive sector.As a Product Manager for the Classified Auto Squad within the Mobility Vertical Crew, you will be responsible for :• Defining the product strategy for this team, whose scope is focused on specializing the experience and monetizing value-added products/services
• Staying informed about product innovations related to your Squad's scope
• Working closely with your team's UX Designer to develop user knowledge and deliver the best experience
• Delivering value to users by developing new specialized features within your product scope
• Carrying the short and medium-term vision of your product within the team and to other Product Managers and key stakeholders (business, legal, customer service...)
• Prioritizing product developments, in synchronization with other Product Managers and in line with the product strategy defined by Product Management and business and technical challenges
• Defining each product evolution as User Stories, prioritizing them within your Product Backlog, and ensuring their follow-up
• Defining the quarterly roadmap and communicating its progress to management and stakeholders
• Being responsible for your KPIs and proactively analyzing them to measure the impact of changes on your product
• In partnership with the Engineering manager, leading a multidisciplinary team, encouraging team spirit, and ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet the team's missionQualifications :
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Ideally, you have experience within a tech pure player
• You know how to conduct Product Discovery
• You have good interpersonal skills and can communicate easily with all types of stakeholders
• You are data-driven
• You can synthesize your thoughts and simplify complex problems
