About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Manager - Network Strategy to join our Coles Online Network and Growth team for a 7-12 month fixed term position. This role is pivotal in the development and maintenance of our strategic Unified Network Plan. The successful candidate will manage a national demand model, using insights to guide future network development and drive product growth across our CFCs and store network.
You will collaborate cross-functionally within Coles to assess, design, and implement network strategies, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements. Additionally, you will lead implementation teams, providing data-driven insights to inform key initiatives.

Develop and maintain the Coles Online strategic Unified Network Plan Manage a national demand model for network development insights Collaborate to drive product growth through CFCs and store network Work cross-functionally to design and implement network strategy Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide data to support initiatives
About you and your skills
Experience as a Network, Business or Commercial manager Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel e.g. XLOOKUPs, nested IFs, INDEX MATCH etc. Experience translating data into actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change Power BI and geospatial analytics tools experience is highly desirable Experience working in retail industry or network planning / last mile / fulfillment functions is desirable Experience working within a product environment desirable

Experience leading a team to drive outcomes. Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Experience shaping and manipulating large sets of data to derive actionable insight Skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions Listen well, build consensus, drive hard to decisions and push the pace Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Tertiary Degree preferred
