The Position

What you'll be working on

You’ll be working within the Workforce Enablement Domain and Workforce Productivity Product Line. 

The Workforce Productivity Product Line is crafted to set employees up for success from their very first day. It delivers a comprehensive suite of tools, including a modern digital workplace with email, collaboration, and efficiency applications, as well as fit-for-purpose devices such as laptops, virtual desktops, phones, and tablets. By aligning the right applications and tools to each employee’s role, it ensures a personalized and efficient start to efficiency.

Onsite Products brings a global product approach to solutions implemented locally by sites. This includes crucial services such as printing, meeting room technology, digital signage, and more, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with local needs.

The Opportunity:

Develop the strategic direction of the product and craft the digital roadmap and portfolio by deeply connecting with business needs and partnering closely with stakeholders.

Co-create product vision and strategy through deep partnership and collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to cross-product and Product Line strategies.

Define, deliver, and manage the product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring it delivers value aligned with stakeholder needs, Product Line strategy, and sustainability principles.

Lead, manage, and mobilize agile product teams in a matrix environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration across business organizations and Informatics.

Work with Product Line Leads and Chapters to ensure workforce strategy supports future product needs and promotes agile working practices.

Ensure security, quality, and privacy practices are coordinated into the product lifecycle, in alignment with the global Information Security Management System.

Support portfolio prioritization and strategic planning, collaborate with other Product Managers and Product Line Leads to define service levels, and supervise KPIs and OKRs.

Manage product costs, budgeting, and financials; handle technical discussions and vendor negotiations; ensure governance, stability, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Who you are:

Over 5 years of leadership experience with strong product-centric knowledge and a Bachelor or advanced degree.

Demonstrates servant and creative leadership (VACC) behavior, and a Lean-Agile Mindset, excelling at Product Management practices.

Takes progressive risk that leads to opportunity, with a keen IT market focus and passion for major trends in specific disciplines.

Exhibits an executive presence, strong business acumen, and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity.

Possesses an enterprise mindset that can break down silos, focusing on delivery through collaboration and uniting people across organizational boundaries.

Empowers teams and individuals to act autonomously, holds them accountable, and has the ability to manage large product budgets.

Shows intellectual curiosity and integrity, accompanied by a strong passion for innovation.
