Product Manager (Platform team)

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to lead two core areas: first, driving the development of automated customer service solutions to boost team productivity without sacrificing customer satisfaction. Second, you will ensure a seamless cross-platform experience for our web-based products, while identifying growth opportunities. Your role will actively shape strategies for both automation and web products, aligning them with broader business objectives. Through your work, you will directly enhance user satisfaction by delivering valuable, efficient solutions that meet customer needs quickly and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

Automated Service Optimization & Data-Driven Prioritization: Drive the automation of customer support processes, utilizing data insights to boost agent efficiency and user satisfaction.

Web Product Strategy & Growth: Ensure a seamless cross-platform user experience for web products while actively identifying opportunities for product growth. Collaborate on the strategic development of web solutions that enhance customer value.

Requirements Definition & Roadmap Management: Define detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories, PBIs) and manage roadmaps, coordinating closely with stakeholders.

Sprint & Release Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and release management to ensure timely and effective product delivery.

Benchmarking, Research & Continuous Improvement: Research best practices, analyze competitors, and use key success metrics to iteratively enhance products.

Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, engineering, product) to ensure alignment and support product development initiatives.

Required Experience:

2+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record.

Strong data proficiency: ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop data-driven hypotheses.

Hands-on experience with product metrics and using data to prioritize features.

Experience in defining and managing product requirements and roadmaps.

Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
