Product Manager - Platforms Partner Onboarding

About the team:

The Worldpay Sales Customer Experience (CX) Product team drives strategy and builds software/API solutions for Worldpay sellers and partners to acquire (sell, quote, contract and onboard) merchants for accepting payments and other ancillary services.  The team’s top priority is deeply understanding our customers and building world-class user experiences.  Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other product leaders, UX, engineering, operations and marketing.  


What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for driving the product strategy for Worldpay’s Payment Facilitator (PayFac) and Platforms onboarding suite of APIs and tools.  You will manage every stage of the product development lifecycle from ideation through development as well as partnering with others to bring the product to market.  To measure success, you will drive the identification of objectives and key results and routinely monitor these key metrics.  To ensure our strategy stays aligned, you will coordinate closely with other Product Managers across our global suite of partner and onboarding products. 

Within the role, your key responsibilities will be to:
 

Build and maintain a product roadmap for Worldpay’s Payment Facilitator (PayFac) and Platforms onboarding suite of APIs and toolsDevelop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders within sales, operations, risk, compliance and marketingWork directly with development leadership and development teams to manage the backlog of new features, small enhancements, bug fixes and all other development activity related to your productsConduct market research and solicit direct customer feedback through engaging and interacting with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups and requirements gathering sessions.Act as the evangelist for your product vision with senior leadership and be the lead advocate for investment in your strategy

What you bring:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, hands-on Product innovator with the following attributes:

5+ years Product Management or Product Marketing experienceProven hands-on experience of successful launching and commercializing new products, preferably in the payments processing space.Strong understanding of market analysis, planning, development and managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsProficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlinesProficiency to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team

Added bonus if you have:

Experience of working for a Payment Service provider, Fintech company, bank or other financial institutionExperience of delivering International Expansion projects for a large organizationMBA degree

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
