Plan and manage new initiatives and improvements for Qoo10 web services to achieve business goals.Oversee the entire process from planning to launch for UX and backend products of Qoo10 (www.qoo10.jp).Define site policies and UX scenarios.Monitor competitive services and conduct UX research.Manage the product release process.Analyze customer data and derive requirements based on user scenarios.Collaborate with the QA department to enhance the quality for launch.Manage new and improvement projects and analyze results.Coordinate work specifications with developers, designers, and hardware engineers.Coordinate requirements with business, marketing, and development departments to deliver services.Required Qualifications
Ability to solve problems and perform tasks based on research and data analysis.Capable of accurately conveying planning content to partners using various tools.Experience in planning for Japanese open markets/overseas e-commerce services or web service planning.Preferred Qualifications
