These responsibilities include some of the following: Responsible for gathering actionable insights and translating them into future marketing strategies or campaigns Develop brand strategies and messaging leveraging both global and local direction and content Develop and execute integrated campaigns across channels with clear objectives aligned with brand strategy Embed KPIs and impact assessment metrics for campaigns to generate data-driven feedback on what works and what doesn’t Manage the brand A&P budget and drive execution through the salesforce Engage with Medical to gain customer insights from key customer groups Manage local congresses, and GSK sponsored digital and face to face events Collaborate with third party stakeholders and global teams to gather needed support for local priorities Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or sales Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales Service/Customer oriented Experience in multichannel marketing Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving Exceptional communication and organizational skills Why GSK?
