Product Manager - Salesforce

Job Purpose:

The Salesforce Product Manager will oversee the design, development and operation of data repositories and keeps senior technical management informed by preparing reports, maintains database performance and privacy.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate development of salesforce test scenarios with technical resources, Develop and execute a roadmap of salesforce.com enhancements and new features that will focus on the end user experience to increase user adoption, help achieve company revenue goals and improve company and team efficiency, Function as the liaison between the end users and the salesforce technical development team, Perform post-release salesforce testing with the lead developer, Work with development lead for clear understanding and alignment of business requirements and technical approach

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Prioritization and scoping of business requests. Proactively search for areas of business needs and enhancement possibilities (could involve researching new technologies)Facilitate discovery activities & requirements gathering, as well as development of requirements documentationWork with Development lead for clear understanding and alignment of business requirements and technical approachPerform initial QA Testing and Coordinate development of Test Scenarios with technical resourcesCoordinate UAT with business leadsCoordination / communication of new enhancement, features, changesCoordination with training for new requests, which may include creation of required materials. Develop release notes for communicationsAvailable as resource for research or removal of blockers for Tier 3 supportDesign and development of new report requestsPerform post-release testing with Lead Developer

Work Experience:

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)Experience of general supervision of more junior colleagues (7 to 12 months)
