The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences. If you are passionate about driving product success and thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment, we would love to hear from you.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the product backlog according to the roadmap vision and deliver the highest value. Monitor work orders, bugs, and known issues to identify trends and prioritize fixes for the assigned product. Identify and track key KPIs that measure the value of your product. Translate epics into features and user stories. Prioritize backlog and effectively make trade-offs to maximize the value being delivered Write measurable acceptance criteria and accept or reject work based on it. Partner with design team members on UI solutions. Work with clients to understand their needs and build relationships. Lead problem and solution discovery efforts, usability sessions, and integrate user feedback. Be the voice of the user to the team. Customize communication for stakeholders with varying roles and degrees of initiative involvement. Become the subject matter expert for assigned products, resolving issues and creating documentation as needed (user stories/requirements, user guides, release communication, technical and sales specs). Provide input into the core positioning and messaging for the assigned product and assist in the development of training, sales tools, and collateral materials.  Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Support team members to achieve their best work.   Requirements   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1-2 years of experience in product management for a software company. Working knowledge of bringing a product to market and a passion for providing a seamless product experience to customers. A track record of success in the execution of cross-functional projects. Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in an Agile environment. Experience in a SaaS environment preferred. Workforce management experience is a plus (employee scheduling and/or time tracking). Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and written English language proficiency.   Paycor Total Rewards

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
