Serves as a central resource between Sales, support services, Engineering, Marketing and the customer as product(s) move from design to release. Involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Strives to understand customer needs and create game changing technology / product innovations.
