-负责 Lazada 自营零售超市行业的产品体系建设，站在行业视角构建BC联动、导购合单、用户增长、高效履约、仓储服务等全域产品解决方案；
-围绕业务阶段发展诉求及行业趋势，高质量输出垂直行业视角的产品解决方案，形成适用多国多市场的场景化解决方案，并推动方案落地；
-与国家业务团队紧密合作，充分理解商业策略，建立业产数据指标，围绕阶段性目标规划产品迭代路径；
-跨部门协同各域产品、开发、测试团队完成产品交付。负责资源协调和项目进度把控，保证项目顺利进行。
-Responsible for product design and development of Lazada retail supermarket sector (RedMart/LazMart), delivering integrated product solutions that enhance buyer-seller interactions, streamline guided shopping experiences, drive user growth, and optimize fulfillment and warehousing systems within an end-to-end value chain framework.
-Deliver high-quality, industry-specific product solutions that align with market demands and trends, tailored for different markets and business scenarios, and ensure their effective implementation;
-Work closely with the country business team to fully understand the business strategy, establish product success metrics, and plan for roadmaps around phased goals.
-Coordinate cross-functionally with other product, development, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery. Manage project resource and schedules to ensure projects proceed smoothly.
