Description
The Senior Product Manager assists Product Group Management in the administration of dealer relationships within Vehicle Finance. Alternately, they may have direct product management responsibility for Installment Loans that are secured by an Automobile, RV, Marine or powersports collateral types.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes and reviews products and recommends changes to maximize profitability, operational efficiency and / or Regulatory compliance
+ Works closely with IT partners to develop, enhance and / or test market expansions as directed
+ Administers product items as directed. This includes analyzing performance, developing reports, and working with support groups within the bank
+ Represents Segment in internal and external reviews as needed including but not limited to extensive project management
+ Provides bank / segment personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote dealer relationships
+ Develops reports and manages Segment Documentation (Policies and Procedures)
+ Provides assistance to Credit Committees as directed
+ Coordinates the production of regional product materials, direct mail, and/or other communications as needed
+ Manages and processes multiple components of Vendor Relationships
+ Maintains an awareness of new trends and developments in market expansions and products
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree, or at least 8 years of Segment or banking experience (e.g., Risk or Compliance roles) in lieu of degree
+ 5+ years of related Segment or client/ project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong PC skills
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
+ Understanding of Vehicle Finance’s processes and systems a plus
+ Problem solving skills to include Root Cause Analysis
+ Presentation development
