We are looking for a proactive and accountable Product Manager Senior Associate with a strong technical background and a commercialization approach. The candidate will manage transactional products such as Pay Out and Tax Payments; ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy with a focus on transactional products. Proactively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features. Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics. Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience around Payments, particularly with transactional products Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
