Join Acuity Brands as a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Treasury operations, with future opportunities to expand into Accounts Receivable (AR).

 

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated product manager to focus on the integration and optimization of P2P and Treasury processes within our financial systems, including GEP Smart and multiple ERP platforms, particularly Oracle. This role is critical to ensuring effective cash flow management, enhancing operational workflows, improving financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance. As our roadmap progresses, there will be an opportunity for this position to take ownership of AR processes, contributing to our broader cash lifecycle management. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) P2P Integration: Lead the integration of P2P processes within GEP Smart in alignment with our cloud-based ERP’s Accounts Payable module and Oracle EBS. Ensure that solutions meet business needs, compliance standards, and operational objectives for effective cash management. Strategic Cash Process Planning: Own the product roadmap for cash outflow (P2P) and cash movement (Treasury) processes, with a future focus on cash inflow (AR, Cash Application, Collections, etc.). Identify and drive opportunities for improvement to streamline cash operations and enhance financial accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships across Technology, Finance, and Operations to ensure integrated solutions that meet cross-functional needs. Facilitate meetings to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with P2P and Treasury integrations and process changes. Develop proactive strategies to minimize disruptions to cash operations. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for integrated P2P and Treasury processes, using performance data to guide continuous improvement efforts. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to promote adoption of new systems and processes in P2P and Treasury. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable benefits. To Be Successful in This Role

Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are crucial for identifying and prioritizing enhancements to cash processes. Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to address complex problems by asking the right questions, gathering information, and prioritizing solutions based on business impact. Strategic Implementation: Capability to establish and manage KPIs for cash processes, adapting the roadmap to align with strategic organizational goals. Collaborative Leadership: Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and understanding diverse perspectives to deliver optimized solutions. Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to embrace the challenges of problem discovery, experimentation, and adaptation, seeing each step as a learning opportunity. Skills and Minimum Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree 4+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly within procure-to-pay and cash management processes. Strong understanding of P2P processes, cash management, and Treasury. Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing complex projects involving multiple system integrations. Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills Preferred Skills and Experience Advanced degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with GEP Smart, Oracle ERP solutions, or similar financial platforms. Demonstrated success in transforming financial or cash-related systems and processes. In-depth knowledge and experience in P2P, Treasury, and O2C processes Travel Requirements 1-20%

The range for this position is $120,800.00 to $217,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
