The Senior Product Manager is responsible for understanding the market problems facing our clients, cross-functionally leading the development and management of more complex competitive products, and providing the value of those products to the market. This position partners with other departments as a liaison to develop product standards and innovations, moving from strategy to execution. The Senior Product Manager acts as a short-term project manager, facilitating the promotion and uptake by clients and guiding the tracking and measurement functions performed by other departments.

Responsibilities

Manage more complex product initiativesDocument business case for new products, product enhancements, and process improvementsShepherd projects and other investment initiatives through appropriate development channels; track, organize, and communicate status of Product project initiativesSupport development of product collateral, sales plans, and training for new and existing products or programsCoordinate and direct launch and implementation of new products, product enhancements, and process improvements across all stakeholdersInfluence Senior Leadership Team (SLT) stakeholders to help establish informed organizational and business decisionsGather and synthesize market information to support portfolio management strategiesOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of experience in healthcare including experience in Product Development, Finance, Operations or MarketingMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Ability to work in ambiguous role with undefined parameters Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong relationship and communication skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiencesStrong business and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or other advanced degree2 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experienceExperience creating documentation and financial modelsExperience with P&L accountabilityCare Management experienceDemonstrated ability to take ideas from inception to implementation; including the ability to implement, execute, manage and measure

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
