Responsibilities:
Gather customer insights and feedback and feed the data back to the organization Define business goals, strategy, positioning and dependencies for the product Drive alignment across sales, product management, engineering and product marketing functions to deliver solutions for the customer Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, building short and long- term goals and work with Engineering towards execution Own strategic customer engagement program to strengthen executive level relationships and develop new business opportunities Continuously develop market intelligence including industry and technology trends, forecasts, competitive analysis, customer insights and their strategic implications for our business Work with the product operations on the product processesRequirements:
10+ years of experience in Product Management or related technical/product roles At least 7 years of experience in the networking/wireless/telecommunications industry Experience in Go-to-Market related activities Strong analytical abilities Sharp presentation & communication skills for executive engagements; Strong influencer skills Out-of-the-box thinker who can drive game-changing initiatives. Not afraid to ask questions, challenge, debate and be relentless. Be a true self-starter, takes ownership as well as collaborates effectively across teams (Sales, Finance, PLM, Marketing, Services) Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA is a plus.Minimum Salary: $159,200.00
Maximum Salary:$228,850.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
