The Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our next-generation recruiting solutions, harnessing Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic workflows to optimize and accelerate hiring. This is a high-impact role ideal for a product manager who thrives on tackling complex challenges, working cross-functionally, and building AI-powered experiences that redefine enterprise recruiting.

What You Bring

2-4 years of experience in product management, consulting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Passion for emerging technologies like ML, GenAI, and AI-driven automation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Previous experience in HRTech, recruiting, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
