Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is building new Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and an ever-expanding set of foundational cloud-based services.

Oracle is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Support portfolio of services. This is a critical product leadership role and you will be responsible for the execution of our strategic direction. You will partner with other teams to drive new initiatives and deliver new services, features, and capabilities. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of customer support models, AI, machine learning operations, cloud architecture and experience operating in large organizations. You will gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications for service/product development. Cultivate relationships across Oracle organizations from cloud, on-premise products, healthcare, etc . Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Qualifications:

Product Sense: Ability to understand the product, its users, and the market, and apply that understanding to inform product decisions and direction. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies. Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms and related services. Strategic: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and translate them into product requirements. Experience in building strong customer relationships and advocating for the customer within the organization. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to drive decision-making. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams. Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
