DescriptionWe’re seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our premium subscription service, AirHelp+. You’ll take ownership of the product roadmap, define user needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our subscribers. You’ll be a key player in enhancing the AirHelp+ offering, ensuring its continued success and expansion.
What you'll do:\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the AirHelp+ product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.User Research & Analysis: \nGather and analyze user feedback, data, and insights to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement. \nConduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate product concepts and features.\nDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success.\nProduct Development & Execution: \nCollaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and deliver product features and enhancements.\nWrite clear and concise product requirements, user stories and manage the product backlog, prioritizing development tasks.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and legal teams to ensure product alignment and success. \nCommunicate product updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.\nData-Driven Decision Making: \nMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. \nUse data to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results.\nAirHelp+ specific tasks: \nConstantly improve the value proposition of the AirHelp+ subscription. \nFind ways to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and work on the expansion of AirHelp+ benefits.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:\nA Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or an equivalent.\nProven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.\nStrong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with data analysis tools and techniques. \nFamiliarity with agile development methodologies.\nExperience with customer retention and churn reduction strategies.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \nAirline travel industry knowledge is a plus.\n
