This role provides subject matter expertise for the product management profession across the IBM Software organization and serves as a facilitator and speaker to advocate for the PM transformation and new practices within Software.
 
Education and activation Serve as the organizational advocate for product management best practices and methodologies.Own enablement and activation plan for new and existing IBM Software product managersOversee all curriculum planning and design for the portfolio of product manager education and enablement programs, informing appropriate instruction modelsPM community and PM voiceParticipate in and lead workshops, seminars, and public speaking engagements as a representative of our product organization.Act as a trusted partner and advisor to product teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and support on product management principles.PM career growth and developmentDevelop career growth and development recommendations for product managersCurate performance expectations and skill demonstration by band levelPractice refinementPlay an active role in influencing the new practices within IBM Software and ensure smooth refinement of existing practices.
