Job Summary:As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities: Create a product strategy and vision that effectively delivers value to customers and aligns with the broader objectives of the data organization. Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions and seamlessly integrate them into the product roadmap. Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition, enabling effective development. Build a framework to accurately track key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Partner with technology, business, and analyst teams to ensure successful product execution and adoption, and work closely with design teams to provide clear requirements based on user research. Cultivate a deep understanding of product users through interviews, usage data analysis, and market trend synthesis. Manage business stakeholders' requirements to support their core needs and align them with ongoing development work.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Minimum 7 years of experience in a product role with a strong track record of product deliveries. Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. Technical expertise in AWS, Big Data, and Snowflake, with experience in data management, data lineage, data strategy, and modernization. Experience collaborating with strong developer and data science communities. Ability to navigate and work effectively in complex and fast-moving environments.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Proficiency in JIRA and Agile methodologies, with experience in developing clear and concise requirements. Understanding of Knowledge Graphs is advantageous. Experience with Streaming Data is beneficial.
